All jewelry is final sale. Because SORELLE is a small operation, we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer price adjustments on any of our items.

After purchase confirmation, the order processing takes up to 3 days to process. Once your order has been processed, your product(s) will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders will be shipped out during the week, and will not be delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

Because every item is made to order, all jewelry is final sale. However, if the jewelry arrives defective, we will gladly replace it.

If you are unable to track your shipping order or the courier has confirmed the loss of your order, please contact us at email@example.com.

9. What is your Return Policy?
All jewelry is final sale unless defective. Shipping and handling charges are also non-refundable. Defective jewelry may only be replaced with the same item. If needed, we also offer repairs on faulty items. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, you are entitled to a full refund.
